At Funparey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy for returns and exchanges below

Wrong Product Delivered

If you’ve received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong color, design, or type), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

Our Process: Once you notify us, we’ll dispatch the correct product to you. Our delivery team will perform a reverse pickup: you’ll hand over the incorrect product to them and receive your new, correct order at the same time.

No Extra Charges: You won’t be charged any additional shipping or pickup fees for this exchange.

Important Note: Our delivery team is instructed to inspect the product during reverse pickups. Please ensure the product, including all original packaging materials, is returned in its original, “as-is” condition.

Broken or Unsatisfactory Products

If you receive a broken product in your order, or for some reason you’re not satisfied with the product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. For broken items, it’s crucial to notify us within 24 hours for the quickest resolution.

Our Packaging: While we take great care to insulate and cushion our products in custom corrugated boxes and mark them “Fragile” for safe handling, we understand that damage can sometimes occur during transit.

Options for Broken/Unsatisfactory Products:

1. Refund for Broken Product:
If you prefer a refund for a broken product, please notify us within the specified timeframe. Our representatives will provide instructions on how to mail the item back to us.

Include in Package: A copy of your original order email (including purchase and contact information).
Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email and call regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed as a bank deposit into your account within 7 to 10 business days from the day we receive your returned item.

2. Exchange for Broken/Unsatisfactory Product:

If you wish to exchange a broken or unsatisfactory item for a new one, please contact us. We’ll arrange a reverse pick up where our delivery person will collect the item from your provided shipment address and deliver a new product to you.

General Return & Exchange Conditions

  • We can only process returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased directly from Funparey.com.
  • Time Limits:
    • Incorrectly shipped, damaged, or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Exchanges for incorrectly shipped, damaged, or missing parts cannot be processed after 7 days from the delivery date.

Refunds (General)

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received it. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment within a certain number of days (as mentioned above for broken products).

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Funparey@gmail.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (General)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Funparey@gmail.com and mail your item to: C-18-27 Eden Value Homes, Multan Road, Lahore

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please mail it to: C-18-27 Eden Value Homes, Multan Road, Lahore
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
  • For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
